FAQs
How does booking work?
Share your brief with us: the destination, dates, number of guests and budget. We reach out across our global network and come back with a curated shortlist of stays. Once you have chosen, the contract and payment are handled directly with the property or management company.
Is there a fee for using your service?
No. Our services are compensated through our accommodation partners. No additional fees are applied to clients or those booking on their behalf.
How quickly will we hear back?
We reply to every request within 12 to 24 hours, if not sooner.
Can you help with last-minute requests?
Yes, absolutely! For urgent requests, it is best to reach out via WhatsApp.
Which destinations do you cover?
Europe / Caribbean / Bahamas / USA / Canada / Mexico / Central America / Middle East / Africa / Indian Ocean / Asia / South Pacific.
What kinds of accommodation can you arrange?
Private villas and estates, chalets and ski properties, luxury apartments and penthouses, exclusive private island stays, private yacht charters and private event venues.
Do you help arrange other parts of the travel?
Our focus is accommodation, so it has our full attention. Many of the properties, islands and yachts we work with can arrange transfers, private chefs and experiences directly for your stay. We can be as involved in this as you desire.
Do you work with assistants, family offices and concierge companies?
Yes. Much of our work is with personal and executive assistants, family offices, concierge companies, lifestyle managers, travel coordinators and event planners, as well as private clients directly. Work With Us
